Please make sure you include a valid email address with your order- if there is anything we need to contact you about regarding you order- we will do so via email.
We post our items by Australia Post.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you require anything else that is not shown, please contact us and we will endeavour to source your product for you.
Please allow up to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items for packages sent within Australia.
If you need your items in a rush, please email us and let us know and we will do our best to help you.
Shipping prices below are for orders within Australia only.
Shipping and packaging prices within Australia only are
orders up to $100= $11.99
$100- $300 = $14.99
$300+ = $16.99
If you order a bulky item such as practise heads, prices may vary from shown above. If postage is more than is paid we will email you with the total price before shipping.
Due to the rising costs of postage, we no longer offer a back order service.
If you have ordered a product that has gone out of stock before we have had a chance to update the website, we will email you and suggest a alternative product or offer you a refund.
